Can I use CEECOACH 1 and 2 within the same group?
If you want to use CEECOACH 1 and CEECOACH 2 devices in a communication group, all devices must have the same software version. The latest software version can be downloaded free of charge from our site.
I can't control my CEECOACH 1 anymore. The buttons are not working?
If your CEECOACH is blinking violet, then CEECOACH buttons are locked. For unlocking the buttons please press short the speech button (o) three times.
Can I connect my Bluetooth® headset to my CEECOACH 1 device?
No, CEECOACH 1 devices are only compatible with wired headsets.
How can I activate or deactivate key-lock on my CEECOACH 1 device?
You can activate or deactivate the key lock by briefly pressing the speech key (o) three times.
How do I exit pairing mode on my CEECOACH 1 device?
After successful pairing of either a smartphone or a headset, CEECOACH 1 will leave pairing mode.
Can I connect a smartphone to my CEECOACH 1 device?
No, the CEECOACH 1 does not support connection to a smartphone.
How do I activate pairing mode on my CEECOACH 1 device?
You activate the pairing mode of your CEECOACH by pressing the plus (+) and minus button (-) simultaneously until the light ring flashes yellow quickly.
(Optional: In addition, the pairing mode can be aborted by pressing the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons simultaneously again for more than 2 seconds or by switching the CEECOACH off and on.)
Not all device that I want to integrate in my group have connected?
Reset ALL the connected devices (press all three buttons simultaneously). Now assign the roles to all participants first. Only then is the moderator assigned. Otherwise, a timeout may occur and devices that are not yet connected will not be recognized by the moderator.
Adding additional devices to a communication circle does not work?
If a communication circuit has been formed, these settings are saved even after the devices are switched off. The next time they are switched on, the corresponding devices automatically connect to each other. To add a new device to this circuit, it must be completely rebuilt. To do this, reset the already connected devices to the factory settings (press all three keys simultaneously) and restart the role assignment.
How do I mute a participant (when only 2 devices are in use)?
If only two devices are used, the participant mode is automatically activated, i.e. the moderator and participant can speak. If the participant is only to listen, the moderator presses the talk key (o) twice.
Despite charging my device for several hours, my CEECOACH 1 device is still yellow?
In rare cases, there may be an error that does not allow the LED to recognize that the device is fully charged. If you pull the CEECOACH off the USB charging cable and plug it back in, the LED should change to green. In addition, the charging status is correctly displayed via the audio instructions.
My CEECOACH 1 flashes red instead of yellow while charging?
Your CEECOACH was completely discharged (deep discharge). The device can be used normally, but has no longer saved any settings that may have been made.
Can I listen to music on my CEECOACH 1 device?
No, unfortunately not.
Can I connect a load speaker to my CEECOACH 1 device to let let the audience participate in the group?
Only if the load speaker can be supported by a headphone jack connection, the CEECOACH 1 does not support wireless or Bluetooth® connection.
How do I clean my CEECOACH 1 device?
The surface of the CEECOACH can be cleaned with a damp cloth or a surface disinfectant. To do this, wet a cleaning cloth with the disinfectant and then wipe the device. The device must not be sprayed directly. Please note that cleaning too often can damage the label (serial number in the case of a guarantee).
