Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

To request a return:

  • Email CEECOACH@peiker-international.com for a return authorization and instructions.

  • Include proof of purchase (dated receipt).

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Important Notes:

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or missing components will not be refunded.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be discarded.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Damaged products
  • Refurbished products
  • Used products
  • Items received more than 15 days ago
  • Items not purchased directly from our website

 

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of CEECOACH products. Warranty coverage begins from the date of original retail purchase.

Coverage includes:

  • CEECOACH 1, 2, and Belt Clip: 1-year warranty

  • CEECOACH PLUS: 2-year warranty

  • Other Parts & Accessories: 90-day warranty

What’s Covered:
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Devices will be repaired or replaced with a refurbished unit.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or water exposure

  • Damage from improper charging equipment

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Damage due to failure to follow product instructions

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email CEECOACH@peiker-international.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  2. We will issue instructions and ask you to ship the defective unit (not the full kit).

  3. Units will be analyzed for warranty eligibility. If covered, repair or replacement will be provided. If not, we will offer a repair quote.

We encourage all users to first review troubleshooting steps on our site before filing a claim.
