Shipping, returns and warranty.
Shipping Information
CEECOACH is certified for sales in both the U.S. and Canada. Your CEECOACH package will be shipped UPS Ground to a physical address (please email us if you have a P.O. address).
Fees for shipping to HAWAII and ALASKA will be higher. Please contact us by phone for specifics. We will contact you once an order is placed for additional shipping fees incurred.
Canadian customers are responsible for paying appropriate duties and taxes on their orders.Orders may require 1–3 business days for processing.
Orders placed near holidays or during the final weeks of the year may experience additional processing and shipping delays. These holidays include:
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving
- * Christmas Eve
- * Christmas Day
Return Policy
- Timeframe to send merchandise back for a refund is 15 days after purchase
- Proof of purchase including dated receipt is required
- Contact peiker at ceecoach@peiker-international.com to receive instructions before shipping returned unit back
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied
- Customer is required to pay for returned shipment to peiker
- Customer will not be credited a refund until unit is received and analyzed for any damages
- The unit must be sent back in its original packaging box
- All returned units will be reviewed for damage and determine whether the damage was caused by customer abuse. If the damage was caused by the customer, the return will not be accepted
Warranty Policy
- CEECOACH Device and Belt Clip – 1 year from date of original purchase, unit can be returned for repair or will be replaced with a refurbished unit.
- CEECOACH 1 and 2 – 1 year from date of original purchase, unit can be returned for
repair or will be replaced with a refurbished unit. - CEECOACH PLUS – 2 years from date of original purchase, unit can be returned for
repair or will be replaced with a refurbished unit. - All other Parts and Accessories – 90 Days from date of original purchase. Parts will be repaired or replaced. Some parts from other manufacturers (e.g. Jabra headsets) can be registered through the manufacturer for extended warranties.
- Please make sure you are familiar with the Tips and Tricks on the CEECOACH website and that all pairing procedures have been followed to determine if the return is valid.
- Contact peiker at ceecoach@peiker-international.com to receive instructions before shipping returned unit back for repair.
- Customer is required to send back only the defective units for analysis, repair or replacement
- Replacements will be determined on an individual basis
- After the original Warranty period of 1 year, please contact peiker for a repair quote
