Shipping policy

We ship CEECOACH products within the United States and Canada via UPS Ground.

Shipping Terms:

  • We only ship to physical addresses—we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Contact us at CEECOACH@peiker-international.com if special arrangements are needed.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, but may take longer during holidays or peak seasons.

  • Additional shipping fees apply to Hawaii and Alaska. We will contact you after checkout with a quote for the additional cost. Orders will not ship until you approve and pay the difference.

  • Canadian customers are solely responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees. CEECOACH is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Non-Delivery & Address Errors:

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
