To start training with the CEECOACH 1 you need at least two devices: one for you and one for your training partner. The team is growing? Excellent! Additional participants can easily be connected with the CEECOACH 1 by purchasing additional devices, since each participant needs their own device then further communication groups can be created. In this way, the training can run in parallel without being disturbed by other groups. Nothing stands in the way of a riding arena used by two or more trainers.

If you want to use CEECOACH 1 and CEECOACH 2 devices in a communication group, all devices must have the same software version. The latest software version can be downloaded free of charge from our support page.

My CEECOACH device can no longer be controlled using the buttons.

If the illuminated ring on the CEECOACH flashes purple, the key lock on the CEECOACH is activated. Deactivate the deed lock by quickly pressing the talk button (o) three times.
