Software update.

New in the latest software version:

  • When there were more than two participants, listeners occasionally experienced audio interference. This issue has been resolved in software version 02.24.
  • CEECOACH can now be operated while connected to a power source (e.g., a power bank).
  • With the update to v02.24, CEECOACH 1 charges significantly faster.
  • Improved audio echo cancellation for wired headsets.
  • All CEECOACH devices in use must be updated to the new version, as the echo is caused by the other party.
  • Optimized charging status announcements
  • Connection setup adjusted for several additional Bluetooth® headset models

To update your CEECOACH 1, you will need our update program and the update file itself to install the new software. Before you start downloading the new software, please read the detailed instructions for the CEECOACH update program here.

Here's how it works:

  • Download and install the update program according to the instructions.
  • Download the latest CEECOACH software.
    If this message appears: "Windows has protected your computer," please click "More info" and "Run anyway" to start the installation.
  • You may experience problems using the EDGE browser. In this case, please use a different browser (e.g., Chrome).
  • Note: Supported operating systems are Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10. File size: 4MB.
  • Connect CEECOACH to your PC and start the update program
