If units are sent to the peiker offices to program, pair or perform any other operations on the units outside of issues related to the warranty, customers must purchase this service per unit sent.
When sending your units in, please download and complete our Warranty Form and include it in your package.
This service includes:
- General analysis and troubleshooting
- Updating firmware
- Single-group Pairing all units sent in (maximum of 6 units)
- Shipping to and from peiker
