My Bluetooth® headset does not connect to the CEECOACH 2 after switching it on.

If a connected Bluetooth® headset is switched off, no connection is established by CEECOACH 2 after the headset is switched on again. Many headsets automatically connect to the last connected device when turned on. Not all devices that I wanted to integrate have connected.

Perform a reset of the connected devices (press all three buttons at the same time). Now first assign the roles to all participants. Only then is the moderator assigned. Otherwise a timeout can occur and devices that are not yet connected will not be recognized by the moderator.

Adding additional devices to a communication circle does not work.

When a communication circuit has been formed, these settings are saved even after the devices are switched off. The next time you switch on, the corresponding devices will automatically connect to each other. In order to add a new device to this circle, it must be completely rebuilt. To do this, reset the devices that are already connected to the factory settings (press all three buttons at the same time) and start the role assignment again.

How can I mute the participant (when only two devices are in use)?

If only two devices are used, the participant mode is automatically activated, ie moderator and participant can talk. If the participant only wants to listen, the moderator presses the talk button (o) twice.

Despite charging for several hours, my CEECOACH is still yellow.

In rare cases, there may be an error that does not allow the LED to recognize that the device is fully charged. If you pull the CEECOACH off the USB charging cable and plug it back in, the LED should change to green. In addition, the charging status is correctly displayed via the audio instructions.

My CEECOACH flashes red instead of yellow while charging.

Your CEECOACH was completely discharged (deep discharge). The device can be loaded normally, but has no longer saved any settings that may have been made.

Can I listen to music with the CEECOACH?

No, unfortunately not. Only phone calls are supported.

Can I connect a loudspeaker to the CEECOACH to let the audience participate?

Yes, you can connect an active speaker to a CEECOACH. This CEECOACH device must be integrated into the discussion group or paired with the other devices used.

You can connect the active loudspeaker via the 3.5 mm jack connection. The device with loudspeaker can then be positioned at the edge to let the audience participate in what is being said.

Bluetooth® headset requirements

The surface of the CEECOACH can be cleaned with a damp cloth or a surface disinfectant. To do this, wet a cleaning cloth with the disinfectant and then wipe the device. The device must not be sprayed directly. Please note that cleaning too often can damage the label (serial number in the case of a guarantee).
